At BLACK DOG SHOP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
